1. Who we are

Arrow Escape: Neon Puzzle (the "Game") is published by Mabi3ati ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Game uses, why, and the choices you have. You can reach us at hello@mabi3ati.com.

2. The short version

• You do not need an account to play.
• Your progress and settings are stored on your device.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Third-party services, such as ads, purchases and crash reporting, may process limited technical data as described below.

3. Information the Game uses

Stored on your device. To save your progress, the Game keeps the following on your device: completed levels and stars, your coin balance, remaining free hints, and your sound and haptics settings. This information stays on your device and is removed if you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

Technical information. To keep the Game working and improve it, services we use may collect technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, approximate location derived from your IP address, crash logs, and in-game events (for example, which levels are played).

Advertising information. If the Game shows ads, our advertising partners may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address and ad interaction data to show and measure ads.

Purchases. If you buy something in the Game, such as an ad-free upgrade or cosmetic items, the payment is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive confirmation of the purchase but not your payment card details.

4. How we use information

• To run the Game and save your progress.
• To deliver rewards, hints and purchases you have earned or bought.
• To fix bugs, keep the Game stable and understand which features players enjoy.
• To show ads and measure how well they work, if the Game includes ads.
• To respond to your messages and meet legal obligations.

5. Advertising choices

On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device's Google settings. On iOS you can control tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Opting out does not remove ads, but they may be less relevant. An ad-free option may be available inside the Game.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Game, such as [LIST ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING AND CRASH-REPORTING PROVIDERS], and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our players and the Game. These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us and are subject to their own privacy policies.

7. How long we keep information

Data stored on your device remains there until you delete the Game or its data. Technical information held by our service providers is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

8. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at Hello@mabi3ati.com and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@mabi3ati.com. Because most Game data stays on your device, you can also delete it yourself by clearing the Game's data or uninstalling it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no app or internet service can be completely secure.

11. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, tell you in the Game or on our website.
